Talk title: The Culture of Reinvention
Amazon Web Services only in the CEE region works with tens of thousands of companies that look to technology as a way to build competitive advantage or invent new business models. Our customers come from dozens of industries and market segments: we work with large and global companies, startups, small and medium enterprises and software developers. Regardless of the industry and maturity of the company, there are clearly common traits in the area of organizational culture and management. In my session, I will talk about the 7 elements that distinguish truly innovative companies. What these elements have in common is that they all revolve around a relentless pursuit of improvement in every area of the company - and an acceptance that what works today will most likely not work tomorrow.
