      Day 1 – Speeches

    • 8:30 - 9:00 Registration and welcome coffee
    • 9:00 - 9:30 Exponential Mindset
Jowita Michalska, Founder&CEO of Digital University, SingularityU Warsaw Chapter Ambassador
    • 9:30 - 9:50 Global HR Digital Trends
Maciej Noga, HRTech Investor, Co-Founder of Grupa Pracuj, SHRM Member
asbtract The technology is developing faster than ever. The labor force is getting older, there is generation, gender, religious and cultural clutch in the workplace. Employees are overwhelmed and 83% are unengaged. The effectiveness has stalled, hierarchy doesn’t work, and there is a leadership crisis. We observe the explosion of wellbeing programs, but still no visible effects. More and more staff want to have flexible and remote work schedule, as well as need their work to be meaningful. There is a big push on robotic process automation and AI, but people are afraid of being replaced by robots. But what does it really mean for my organization?

In this address Maciej Noga will focus on trends impacting the changing workplace, as the better we understand them the better we prepare ourselves and our companies for the future.
    • 9:55 - 10:25 Acceleration of AI in HR due to the Gig Economy

How this changes have a direct impact on the HR Technology, Processes and Data. He will then connect how the changes created by Gig economy, HR Technology and Data is impacting the need for HR to accelerate its adoption of AI.

Tomasz Rudolf, Co-Founder & CEO of The Heart
asbtract It's impossible to transform an organization without people. Traditionally, HR leaders have felt responsible for recruiting the right talents, building new skills and creating the right culture and structures that enable employees to use their potential. As corporations evolve their business models for the digital world, the challenge is even greater than before. Internal innovation teams cannot always compete with the power of external ecosystems. In this presentation, we will show:
      - examples of emerging new models to bring innovations to market by partnering, investing in or acquiring startups
      - case studies of transformation by bringing external capabilities from startups and partners
      - case study of "excubation" - building a new digital venture outside of corporate walls to increase speed and flexibility

Anita Zbieg, Founder & CEO at mapaorganizacji.pl
asbtract Empower effective cooperation with organizational network analysis (ONA). A company employing 200 people spends about 4 million PLN annually on cooperation. asbtract In today's fast paced world our wellbeing can be stretched if not attacked by the world that surrounds us. We do not live in the savannah any more – most of the world that sourwoods us was designed by humans for humans over last decades and centuries. With this understanding the trick is to design your job or your life in sync with your values and environment you choose to live in.
I carried out the plan to hack my life after reaching forty-five and started working on my own life design: after working for large corporations, I decided to become a successful connector and mentor to young leaders and entrepreneurs. Currently I am experimenting with voice technologies and podcasting.

Group 3: Role of HR in the age of digital transformation
Sola Osinoiki, Senior Director Global People Technology at Naspers
asbtract Digital Transformation is all around us and HR as a field cannot escape this transformation. In the past 10 years HR Technology has become a critical tool in the new landscape of the digital transformation within HR. We have left the filing cabinets, large server rooms on premise and now we are looking at data in the cloud. The new concept of data in the clouds then begins to speak of volumes of data that is now available for deeper analysis and this begins the process of looking at better analytics and artificial intelligence.
During the workshop participants will learn how to embrace this new digital transformation and what should HR’s response should be. How to select the right technology platform and get through the fast growing selection of vendors and finally how does one practically engage in the transformation on a day by day basis.

Group 4: Transforming Workplaces to Increase Talent Productivity and Well Being
      Philip Vanhoutte, Founder at Ozadi
asbtract Workshop that follow from the speech 'The Workplace Experience Revolution' will deliver actionable education on Workplace Strategy.
The 4 hour workshop would have 2 parts:
Part ONE: the HOW TO of Activity Based Working, Employee Workspace Satisfaction benchmarking, Acoustic Intelligence
Part TWO: the HOW TO of Nature at Work and Biophilic Design

Group 5: Designing Employee Experience: Applying Design Thinking and Behavioural Science to Improving Employee Engagement
dr Julia Kołodko, PhD, Behavioural Scientist, Decision Architect, Sensemaker
asbtract Behavioral science show us that up to 95% of our brain's activity is unconscious, and at that least half of our everyday behaviors are habitual and automatic. This means that intuition often fails us and we don’t really know what gives us a sense of accomplishment and happiness at work or in life. We assume that a better coffee machine at the office, hammocks and flexible working hours will make us feel fulfilled, yet we soon realize that despite all these benefits we’re still unmotivated. We then ask for fresh fruit, a new computer and a higher salary, just to find ourselves as unfulfilled as before. During this workshop, participants will learn about several key cognitive biases and how they affect employee engagement and well-being. We will explore what truly brings us fulfillment in life and at work and will use behavioral change tools to design initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement.
